I remember visiting “haunted houses” as a child, and I don’t know if it was just where I lived or what, but it seemed like almost all of them had a mad scientist’s lab, and sometimes, said scientist passed around bowls of “body parts”, which we were told to touch and taste.

My new, red Senseo single-serve coffeemaker is the sexiest small appliance I now own. I’m sorry, little Shop-Vac; I thought you were sexy before. I still love you, but now you’re just… cute. (Handy, and cute.)

Here’s a really cool project from Katye, whose home office is covered in colorful “dots”, thanks to her creative ideas and painting.
Here’s how she did it:
I originally thought of the room idea to inspire me while I’m working at home. Bright colors stimulate the mind (reds and yellows are used in restaurants to make people eat more… pastels in kids rooms help calm children, etc..)...

That constant drip-drip-drip isn’t only annoying; it can cost you more than you think on the next water bill. Luckily, the most common causes for leaks are also the simplest to repair. With a few tools and between 15 to 30 minutes of your time, you can easily take care of the dastardly drip once and for all.
