Resolutions for the New Year

January 1, 2007 · Print This Article

Here’s the first post of 2007. Could it really be the first post since NOVEMBER of 2006?!

We fix chicks have not been resting on our laurels, I assure you. No, life has just been ridiculously hectic, and to be honest - time (especially of the “spare” variety) has simply gotten away from me.

Sparing you guys a novel, suffice it to say that there are multiple product reviews and articles in the works, and I hereby resolve to post, post, post away in an attempt to load you up with all the “fix”ing goodness you can stand - maybe more - in 2007.

Random thought for the day that is of no particular importance: I’ve just realized that Guns ‘N Roses “Appetite for Destruction” album is now officially 20 years old.

I would like to know if you are offering any courses to women on power tools etc… for the new year or are you taken up mostly with other things?
    Thanks,

Rose - we don’t offer courses, but that is a good idea. You might check @ your local Lowe’s or Home Depot, as I know both offer classes of different types (though I’m not sure if they have any specifically for power tools. If they don’t, they should.)

Leon - where do you live? I’ll do it for 20 grand. Kidding. (unless that sounds good to you!)

Check your paper, home improvement store, yellow pages, friends/family recommendations - for a good painter/contractor near you.

Best of luck to you both!

Got something to say?
